Over the summer I have been lucky enough to stumble accross some really cute halloween fabrics for some really great prices (hello $ .50 a yard!) I have always wanted to make a rag quilt and decided to go for it.
I started cutting with no real pattern, and this is what I ended up with.
I absolutely love this quilt!! It still needs to fray a bit, but that should happen with a couple more washes.
What a great combination of colors and fabrics and it's nice to do a fun project and on a budget! Would love you to join me at A Crafty Soiree, every Thursday.
I don't know about spooky, but it sure is cute :) I found this project through Tatertots and Jello. If you have a free moment, I have a new weekly (I hope!) Linky on my blog called Not “Baaad” Sundays with LambAround. I’d love for you to post this :)

ReplyDelete50 cents a yard - wow. Very impressed you did this without a pattern. My rows would be all crooked. Great job!
